Oscar Series: Get Out

Join us for our April Oscar Series, featuring the 2018 Oscar nominees and winners. Our third film is Get Out, written and directed by Jordan Peele. The film is the Oscar winner for Writing (Original Screenplay). Get Out was also nominated for Best Picture, Actor in a Leading Role (Daniel Kaluuya) and Directing. Check out the plot summary below.

“In Universal Pictures’ Get Out, a speculative thriller from Blumhouse…and the mind of Jordan Peele, when a young African-American man visits his white girlfriend’s family estate, he becomes ensnared in a more sinister real reason for the invitation.”

The screening will take place in the Meeting Room. Rated R. Patrons under 17 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Runtime 103 minutes. All films are screened with the subtitles on.
